New Business Team
I support our growth on the New Business team by revamping processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. I assist with Change of Broker/Investment advisor paperwork creation and dissemination and help maintain that accounts and advisor’s practices are compliant with all regulatory requirements. I create our department’s training materials to help everyone within our organization and often work on any specialty projects and requests that arise.
Our success allows me to grow professionally; I feel like I have success stories every day by ensuring the New Business department meets all expectations, ensuring accounts and requests are processed in a timely manner with no complaints.
My professional background consists of over a decade of experience in the Insurance/Securities Industry with Morgan Keegan where I was promoted to Associate VP after being with the company for 5 years. In my years with Select Quote I received the Ritz Carlton Award and was named as one of the ‘people on the move’ here in Memphis, TN.
Rounding out my life… I love to travel! Some of my favorite experiences while traveling have been flying an airplane and when I hiked and ziplined over Lake Mead in Las Vegas, NV.
