I support our growth by working with Ray Lucas and the Case Design Team. From coordinating calls to setting up advisor training meetings and sponsoring lunch and learns, I work as the liaison to help the team stay on track.

Our success means I feel a deep level of accomplishment as I participate in the evolution of our training department, which sponsors an increasing number of events
to educate our advisors and help them grow.

My professional background found me previously as the operations manager for the Professional Partner Program. In 2016, I moved to the Case Design team. This was a great transition for me as I have worked with Ray Lucas for over 20 years and jumped at the chance to explore another of the many exciting career paths Integrated has to offer our team, as well.

Rounding out my life finds me in Sterling, MA with my husband and two teenage children, where we are beginning to navigate the college application process. I received my purple belt in Karate, which is considered the advanced stages of martial arts study.
