I support our growth by striving to make our advisors’ businesses better. This can be done by collaborating with our advisors to pursue their business goals, support their growth initiatives, and introduce teams and colleagues to identify complex solutions or share ideas. I essentially serve as their trusted advocate for problem resolution and provide unparalleled encouragement in future development.
Our success looks different for each advisor. Whether it’s solving client challenges, clearing roadblocks, or creating efficiencies, I take pride in helping advisors feel supported. My goal is to keep building those moments of progress and partnership, no matter what the milestone may be.
My professional background includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer for an RIA, Director of Operations for two RIAs, and I also served as a financial advisor. I have experienced many facets of the industry and thrive on the challenges our business presents.
Rounding out my life… my off-hours are filled with family, cooking, golf, and building guitars. And other random hobbies like collecting pens.
